Rod Hall is a true champion and a legend in off-road racing. It has been said that if you wanted to be anyone in the sport, you had to beat Rod Hall. He won his class at the the first Baja race in 1967 and went on to win races around the world. Rod won the Baja 1000 overall in 1969. He had an incredible streak of 35 wins while driving for Dodge. Rod was part the first all American team to tackle the grueling Dakar Rally in Africa and won championships in Australis. He holds a Guinness Book World Record for the most Baja 1000 class wins at 25. Rod Hall racing has grown to include Rod's sons, Josh and Chad, and granddaughter, Shelby to carry on the family legacy. At the 50th Baja 1000, Rod faces his toughest challenge ever as he attempts to set a record that will never be broken.
